The Mural Process

Thank you for considering Saucy Designs Company for your mural project. We strive to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from the initial inquiry to the final brushstroke. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

1. Initial Inquiry:

• The process begins with you reaching out to us with details about your mural project. You can contact us via our website, email, or phone to discuss your ideas, timeline, and budget. All mural projects are $1,000 minimum and cost about $15-$20 per square foot depending on factors like size, wall material and complexity.

2. Wall Space Assessment:

• Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll work with you to gather information about the wall space where the mural will be done. This includes dimensions, surface type, any existing artwork or obstacles, and desired themes or concepts.

3. Contract and Design Fee:

• Before we proceed with creating mockup designs, we’ll provide you with a detailed contract outlining the scope of the project, including timelines, pricing, and payment terms. A non-refundable design fee ($350) will be required to initiate the design phase.

4. Mockup Designs:

• After the contract is signed and the design fee is paid, we will begin creating digital mockup designs based on the information gathered during the initial consultation.

5. Design Modifications:

• Once you’ve selected a design concept, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request up to two rounds of modifications to refine the chosen design to your satisfaction.

6. Painting the Mural:

• Once the final design is approved, we will schedule a time to paint the mural at your location. We take great care to ensure that the painting process is executed with precision and attention to detail, using high-quality materials to ensure longevity and durability. At Saucy Designs Company, efficiency is one of our top priorities. Most murals can be complete within 2-4 days painting 8-12 hours a day. Projectors are used whenever possible to ensure accuracy in the design.

7. Finishing Touches:

• After the mural is complete, we’ll perform any necessary touch-ups and final inspections to ensure that the finished artwork meets our high standards of quality.

8. Unveiling and Client Satisfaction:

• Finally, we’ll unveil the completed mural, allowing you to see your vision come to life. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we welcome any feedback or questions you may have about the finished artwork.
